Our Chinese Sausages with duck liver are made with an 8:2 ratio of pork to fat, combining 80% pork and 20% fat. In terms of manufacturing the traditional sausage , we added extra duck liver and dried tangerine peel to enhance the duck liver's flavor.

Affordable duck liver often have a lower duck liver ratio, leading many to mistakenly believe that pork liver can substitute. In fact, pork liver cannot achieve the same smooth texture due to its lower fat content and harder, less appealing taste. To further strengthen consumer confidence, our brand of sausages guarantees "no added coloring", "no MSG" and "no preservatives." We'd rather accept increased costs than compromise on quality ingredients.
