We do not accept returns except for products issues, please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Orders of HK$400 or above

• FREE SF Express Smart Locker self-pickup.
• Please provide your preferred nearby SF Express Smart Locker location for delivery.
• If you prefer door-to-door delivery, an additional HK$30 delivery fee will apply.

Orders below HK$400

• SF Express Smart Locker self-pickup – HK$30, or
• If you require door-to-door delivery, the delivery fee will be HK$50.
