Description: 15-year-old aged tangerine peel from Dongjia, Xinhui, made from the dried peel of large red tangerines.
Usage: 15-year-old aged tangerine peel is generally used for brewing tea, about three to five times. If used in cooking, such as in soups, porridges, or steamed fish, the preparation method is simple: first soak it in room temperature water until soft, then add it directly to the soup. Do not scrape off the pith.
Storage: Please store in a cool, dry place.
